Through the application “Vård online”, which is a digital care guide and a platform for digitally integrated care built by the healthtech company Platform24, the patient can, via a chat solution, state his or her problems and be guided to the right level of care, according to national guidelines. Based on the need for care and on the reason for contacting the healthcare , “Vård online” guides the patient to a digital or physical visit to a doctor, psychologist or nurse. The patient can also renew prescriptions and get help with administrative matters.
